what is the 12 digit service number of the module?

Which t-harness are you using?

i used regular installation SN# 002B04034481
If you are not using a t-harness, check your DATA wire and make sure that it's on the middle pin of the immobilizer connector. There are 2 green wires in that connector that can easily be mixed up.

Also, use the latest 70.38 firmware.
i was at 70.38 but don't work so i flash it 70.28 but still don't work. i have to check the data wire when i get home after work. thanks
