do i touch any of the options in the bypass mode. like do i allow 3x remote start or anything else

You do not need to change anything in the bypass options. The master reset will put everything back to default.

but i have to do the bypass inside my truck with the yellow led and also are you sure i have to switch the pin order on my antenna. the park lights wont flash when i press lock when im doing the program for first tech

The antenna plugs into the EVO-ONE but you need to swap the wires around.

 
Step 8 of the guide has 2 possible programming methods. If one does not work, try the other. What's important here is that you can actually enter programming by turning ignition on and holding down the button untitl the LED on the back of the unit starts to flash.

 
The parking light might not flash with non-Fortin remotes and also if parking lights are not connected, they will not flash.

remote starter options :

• function 2 needs to be set to mode 3
• function 32 needs to be set to mode 3

NOTE: i cannot see which rf-kit you have selected since it's done through the offline menu. It does not update our database. So I will have to take your word for it that you have enabled the Firsttech option

• seems fine
