Unable to program using 2 key programming procedure

Installing a EVO ONE to a 2001 Ford Focus

Using 2 Key programming procedure, I Press and hold the programming button: Insert the 6-Pin Main connector. Release the programming button when the LED is RED. But the RED and YELLOW Leds both stay on. EVO ONE was previously programmed for a different vehicle but it was reprogrammed for 2001 Ford Focus and seemed to program OK.

As soon as 6-Pin Main connector is inserted the EVO ONE applies power to the pink Ignition wire.

without the 6-pin harness connected to the evo-one, what is the voltage on the pink wire with the key off, and the key on?

With EVO-One disconnected from 6 pin harness

Key Off     Pink wire (ignition)     measures 0 Volts

Key ON    Pink wire (ignition)     measures 12 Volts

I also tested the EVO-ONE by just applying power to the Red wire (all other wires disconnected from car), immediatly I hear relays click inside the EVO-ONE and I measured 12 Volts on  Pink wire (ignition).

Thanks
Sounds like the unit is still in a start routine, maning it was disconnected while the unit was remote starting a car. OR , unit is bad.

plug everything and send 12V to the analog brake input. Small guage Black wire in the 20-pin connector (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE BIG BLACK WIRE)

Connected EVO-ONE to car and pressed brake (verified 12 Volts at Black wire 20 pin connector A11 while brake pressed).

No change. Unable to program keys (both Red and Yellow Leds stay On).

Just applying power to the Red wire (all other wires disconnected from car), immediately I hear relays click inside the EVO-ONE and I measured 12 Volts on  Pink wire (ignition).

Have you tried reflashing the 1.24 remote starter firmware?
I reflashed the 1.24 firmware to the remote starter again today. It reflashed with no errors. No change, I still can not program the keys.
