I'm unable to get blue LED to flash, no power on yellow wire from T-harness.

Question

I have no switched power from immobilizer, T-harness hooked up or not. 2007 Dodge Dakota. The blue LED only comes on solid, will not flash

evo will stay blue solid if it does not see switched power on the yellow wire.

check the connection but also test the vehicle wire that the yellow wire is connected to

The pin that the yellow wire hooks up to at the immobilizer is not switched battery voltage on my Dakota. The truck will start by key with or without the unit installed.
