EVO ONE alarm with OEM remote?

2016 Subaru Forester, Standard Key, OEM Remote, No Factory Alarm

EVO ONE recently installed and everything works as expected using 3X lock with OEM remote.  Is it possible to take advantage of the built-in EVO ONE alarm while still using the OEM remote?  With option 9.1 & 14.2 enabled, the alarm is armed when the doors are locked, but I can't figure out how to disarm the alarm on unlock with the OEM remote (instead, the alarm is triggered when unlocking with OEM remote and opening door).  Is this possible with the OEM remote or only with an RF kit?

if its a canadian model maybe you can do option C1(OEM remote monitoring through the vehicle's CAN-Bus.) in bypass mode and it could work, but i havent tried it yet

I don't recall seeing option C1, but I will have to take another look. After thinking about it some more it seems that disarming the alarm by CAN-Bus monitoring may not be the most secure system. If it works the way I am thinking, someone could just use the unlock door switch to disarm the alarm (e.g. break window and reach in to unlock the door via switch). The EVO-ONE unit will see the same CAN-Bus signal whether it is unlocked with the OEM remote or the switch inside the vehicle. Having the alarm disarm only with a key fob signal would be more secure and to do that it would require an RF kit hooked directly to the EVO-ONE. Again, I may be totally wrong.
I just installed an Evo-one on a 2015 Legacy standard key US model and what I have observed is that once the car is remote started, the keyfob presses are no long sensed on the canbus by the evo-one even though the car still responds to the oem keyfob.  If this is your case as well, the only way to get what you want is to use a rf kit
