EVO ONE will not Program with RFK411

2021 Toyota Tundra H-key, EVO-One installed and working correctly with factory lock-lock-lock. Installed RFK411, no LED on antenna at any time. continuity tested cable, checked good. Vendor suspected bad antenna and exchanged for a new kit. Still no LED on antenna. EVO-One was "preprogrammed" by vendor to be plug-and play, but I have a Flashlink. Connected Module to Flashlink but keep getting "cannot connect" error, so can't read current settings. Module SN 002B04 705689

Before attempting the rf programming sequence, unlock the vehicle with the OEM remote:

Also little trick for the 1 button remotes, when it says "hold button down for 12 seconds" what the remote will do is the remote will flash the blue led, then it will go out, then the blue led comes back on solid, this is the point where you let go of the button.
