RF912 Remote on existing RFK942

Hi I have an Evo One with a RFK942 kit and remote in the 2019 VW Golf, can I pair a spare RF912 remote to this kit as it is smaller, as it doesn’t currently seem to pair.

Yes, they both use the same antenna. The antenna can hold 4 remotes. Any additional remotes added will knock out the first programmed remote.

The first question would be, does the system go into remote pairing mode? Is the antenna flashing blue rapidly confirming that you are in pairing mode? If so, make sure to press and hold the 912 button for about 10 seconds.

If the antenna is not in pairing mode, make sure that the evo-one is disarmed. Unlock with the 942 then try pairing.
