Can’t get extended options to work with Carlin’s and Evo all any ideas?

Hey guys I’m looking for some input on why I can’t even get the trunk release (rear door hatch) to unlock, more concerned about being able to full windows up/down through auxiliary….any ideas on how to program this or maybe I missed an extra wire? Evo all thar4 2011 ford escape, using car link

Hello,

That would be because none of those features are supported on your vehicle.

Supported features are found on page 1 of the installation guide.
