Doesnt engage the starter

2008 Dodge dakota with alarm. When i lock 3x it turns on all the accessories ,dash lights come on ,fuel pump,etc.

Except the starter never engages. Bought this evo-chr.T5 as a preprogrammed standalone.service id showed D1 was set to

"on" at the factory. Any ideas how to fix this? plz
closed with the note: wasnt detecting MUX. Hooked red/green to purple. Fixed it
