Good day. Ive just install Evo-One on my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Key Start and followed every wiring to be installed and programmed. Now when i remote start, all it did is cranking then it will stop. Can you help me with my problem. Thank you.

Update: Ive double check all the wirings again, everything is in its place. Try remote start, still cranking only. Now i also check the leds on evo-one no blue lights when lock-unlocked on oem remote. I think everything is mess up right now. Help pls. Thanks.

Sounds like your key data wire (lt.blue/black from evo-all) is on the wrong side of the cut. Make sure it's connector side not vehicle side.

Hello Derek. i just followed the #58411 manual. i removed the item "3" on kick panel, on the back of that black connector wire 32 i tap A10/D4 wires. i hope im correct. Thanks.
Cut the blue key data wire in the vehicle.

On the side going to the vehicles connector you will connect the lt.blue/black and white/green.

on the side of the wire going into the wiring harness you will connect the white/red.
Hello Derek. So ive done everything you told me about connecting the blue key data wire. Check again every connection, all good. Try starting and still just cranking. Also still no blue light when pressing unlock/lock from oem remote. So after that i did master reset for bypass & remote start. Setup all everything on Flashlink. Try to start again, still just cranking. Im on a 3-day marathon, pls help. Thank you.

Another thing, do i need to install the Hood pin or connect A15 wire? Is there a way that i will just tap A15 wire from inside? Thanks.

Update: i just installed the hood pin & put tiewraps to simulate that its pushed. Try start, still just cranking.
If you unplug the red connector from the evo are you able to start the car normally with the key?
No. It will start then dead after 1sec.

At this point rather than going back and forth over 20 comments and reply's I would suggest simply calling us when you are in the vehicle with the module so we can go over the installation with you and get this working. Be sure to have access to the flash link updater and a multi meter for testing purposes.
