After install 2-way remote. The 3x lock and long range remote do not remote start.

Lexus RX 350 - 2010 Hi. Preliminary question. More details to follow. Also I dont know much about flashing, resetting, or programming. I can only plug and play, but can learn how to configure. Bought evo all from best buy. Question: I installed amd got the 3x lock to remote start the car, no issues everything works. I bought the long range remotes later. Once I installed and programmed 2-way remotes, the 3x oem and long range remotes dont remote start, but locks, unlocks, and opens the trunk for oem and long range remotes. Evo clicks with red light turning on. Brake lights turn on like it will start. Then error message on the long range or nothing happens on the oem. I see three lights blinking on the headlights.
