Evo-All won’t program 2011 Civic

Question

Had the unit programmed, fully functional.  Unplugged to change a feature, and now will not program.  It will enter the correct mode, however when I attempt to turn the ignition on to learn the vehicle, no lights come on.  I have reflashed the firmware 73.28, and still nothing.  Any ideas?

Disconnect the light blue wire, program the module and then reconnect the light blue wire to the module.

This is why the guide ask to make this connections after programming
