EVO-ONE wiring for ford f150

on the Guide # 34021 the wire: E2,E4 and E6 are not connected are this correct?

 

or I connect them like on the sating 31.4 on remote mode setup?

That is correct, E2 E4 and E6 are not connected to vehicle.
