Problem programming oem fob key to Evo one

0 votes
I've just installed the Evo one to my 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara smart pass and now trying to program my oem remote to the fortin but it doesn't detect my remote to confirm. My fob only have lock and unlock button. What can I do to program my keys?

Did you enable c1 in the bypass portion? (oem remote monitoring). I looked at the service number doesnt show it as being turned on...

I don't have the flash link updater. I ordered this preprogrammed for my vehicle from an Amazon seller. So do I have to spend the extra money to program it myself?

Look like the amazon seller enabled 3xlock remote starter in the remote starter settings (option 38.2) but never enabled the actual OEM Remote Monitoring feature in the bypass settings.

Proof:

i am sure if you contact that amazon reseller you may come out with a solution.

Okay. Thanks. I ordered the flash link updater so I'll just wait until it gets here to fix it myself.
Okay now I've got the own key monitoring activated it attempts to start 2x but it won't turn over. On the dash you will see the engine lock light on when it attempts to start. How can I fix this problem?

Did the module program exactly as shown in this guide? http://fortin.ca/download/25401/evo-one_suzuki_grandvitara-sx4_2008-2013_revb20141212.pdf

If so i would take a look at your Rx/Tx connections and Can bus...
